Renewal Notice
It is time to renew your membership in the Local Government Liability Pool for the FY08 coverage year. Renewal applications, along with a letter explaining our new rating system, were mailed March 2, 2007. You can obtain a renewal application on this website. Please include copies of the first page of Form 941 for each quarter of your last completed fiscal year. Please call 888-433-1911 within Wyoming if you have any questions.
