Renewal Notice
It is time to renew your membership in the Local Government Liability Pool for fiscal year 2011. Renewal applications were mailed February 23, 2010. You can obtain a renewal application on this website. Please include copies of the first page of Form 941 for each quarter of 2009. Please call 888-433-1911 within Wyoming if you have any questions.
