Statement of Reasons
These rules and regulations are for the administration
of the Local Government Liability Pool Account as required
by W.S. 1-42-203(a)(vii). These rules and regulations
establish the procedures for enrollment into the Local
Government Liability Pool, set the coverages provided
by the program, specify procedures for claim notification,
handling, and claims settlement Authority.
